What this page is

A desk of eight agents. Seven of them read — the chain, the market, the wallets, the noise. The eighth does not trade: it collects what the other seven found and brings one decision to a human.

Nothing on this desk buys, sells or signs anything on its own. That is not a limitation we ran into. It is the design.

Almost nothing here is built yet. This page describes a plan, and every line says where it stands — the same convention as the white paper. A page that mixes what runs with what is planned, without saying so, reads as a promise; and a promise nobody keeps is held against whoever wrote it.

Built Running in production today, verifiable.
Proposed Designed, not written. No date attached.
Refused Deliberately out of scope. The reason is given.

The eight

  1. SEARCH 01 Proposed

    Reads
New pools and pairs on the chain, and public repositories. Named sources only — a feed we cannot name is a feed we cannot check.
    Produces
A list of candidates, each with the source and the timestamp it was seen at.
    Never
Ranks by "alpha". It reports what it saw and when. Whether that is early is not something software can know.
  2. RISK 02 Proposed

    Reads
The contract: mint authority, freeze authority, LP lock and its expiry, holder concentration.
    Produces
The facts, each one linked to the explorer page that proves it. Not a grade.
    Never
Says a token is safe. It can show that four specific dangers are absent; it cannot show that none exists. A "CLEAR" badge is a claim no audit can back, and the person who trusted it is the one who pays.
  3. WHALE 03 Proposed

    Reads
Public wallet movements, on addresses the user has chosen to follow.
    Produces
What moved, from where, when, for how much.
    Never
Publishes a "win rate". Past trades of a stranger's wallet are visible; what they mean is not, and a percentage on top of a guess is still a guess wearing a number.
  4. NOISE 04 Proposed

    Reads
Public mentions: account age, posting rhythm, how much of the volume comes from accounts created the same week.
    Produces
    Those measurements, plainly.
    Never
Splits "organic" from "paid". The measurements suggest; they do not prove, and dressing them as a verdict is where a tool starts lying to the person holding it.
  5. WATCH 05 Proposed

    Reads
LP status and dev wallets, continuously, on the positions the user holds.
    Produces
An alert the second something moves — with what moved, so the user can judge.
    Never
Sells by itself. An automatic exit fires on false alarms too, and it fires hardest exactly when the chain is congested and the price is already gone.
  6. BOOK 06 Proposed

    Reads
The user's own history: every entry, every exit, what was paid in fees and slippage.
    Produces
The real result, fees included. The number most desks never show, because it is usually the one that hurts.
    Never
Reports gross gains. A profit that ignores fees is not a profit, it is an advertisement.
  7. LOG 07 Proposed

    Reads
Everything the other agents did, and what they had in hand when they did it.
    Produces
A trail that can be replayed. Without it, nobody can tell a good call from a lucky one.
    Never
Gets cleared. A desk whose log can be erased is a desk that grades its own homework.
  8. HEAD OF DESK 08 Proposed

    Reads
    The seven reports above.
    Produces
One question, with the facts attached and the case against stated as clearly as the case for. The user taps, or does not.
    Never
Places an order. Not as a setting, not "once you trust it". The tap is the product.

What this desk refuses to do

Where it stands today

Nothing on this page is running. Proposed means designed and no more.

What already exists on this site is the hard part of it, and it is worth saying: SWOGE BET reads live fixtures and scores from named public feeds, matches them to open bets, and settles them without anyone touching a button. That is the same shape of machine — read a source, check it, act on a rule, leave a trail. The agents above would reuse it.

The model that reads and summarises is the smallest piece of the work. The plumbing is the work.
