Click to shoot, mouse to aim (right-click works too). Arrow keys always move your character too, whatever you bind above.
Auto-Nexus is not a safety net. At least one frame passes between your HP crossing the mark and the warp — a hit that takes everything at once, or a lag spike, still kills you. Set it high if you are unsure.
Auto-potion drinks at most one flask per second, and it will keep drinking until you are back above the mark or the stack is empty — a Health Potion restores 100 HP, so on a big character that can be several in a row. It says so on screen when the last one is gone; from then on nothing is watching your HP but you.
